you fucking kill me! more to come, but trust me when i say the Devoto / Shelley original version of this song (2005 version? not so much) provided the backdrop for one of the defining moments of my life. and as such, it is top ten all-time! it’s high time it get the recognition it deserves and let’s you and i do our part so that it does. you rock harder, man!
SIngles Going Steady saved my soul! I love that record.
Everytime I put it on I get a rush of life affirming adrenaline that only the pure power pop punk genius of these guys can provide.
The chorus of Promises is just genius.

funny you should mention that….i actually play bass on the ill-fated fetching the bishops’ cover of “fallen”. it’s in my iTunes library, just need to figure out HOW to get it to you. swear to god…..
