I’ll keep pushing this band because they are in fact the Japandroids you should be looking for.
They put their heart and earnest young souls into every note with a passion that is tempered with enough real world skepticism as to not completely put off this 43 year old cynic.
In other words they give a shit enough to rock your soul but know enough that rock alone won’t always save it.
